A compassionate, tailored approach to accident recovery.
Navigating your way through the aftermath of a car accident can be overwhelming. From auto repairs and missed work to painful physical injuries and confusing insurance protocols, the process of getting back to normal can feel more like a maze than a straight line.
Your care from head to toe.
Be Well Spine & Soul offers many services under one roof, making your treatment convenient and familiar.
Chiropractic Care
Even a low-speed auto accident can throw your body out of alignment and cause lingering pain. Chiropractic care helps restore balance to your spine and joints, reducing inflammation, improving mobility, and supporting your body’s natural healing process. Dr. Tom has years of experience working with accident victims and knows exactly what to look for—even subtle injuries that might not show up right away. He carefully tailors each adjustment to match your level of pain, comfort, and familiarity with chiropractic, so your care feels safe, effective, and personalized every step of the way.
Medical Massage
After an accident, muscles often tighten or become inflamed as they try to protect injured areas. Medical massage helps release that tension, improve circulation, and speed up the healing process. Our massage therapist, Jeffrey, has extensive experience working with auto accident patients and understands how to support the body through each stage of recovery. His calm, caring presence puts people at ease, and his gentle, effective techniques are tailored to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're dealing with acute pain, stiffness, or stress from the accident itself.
Physical Therapy
Healing after a car collision often takes more than just rest—you also need to rebuild strength, restore flexibility, and prevent future complications. That’s where physical therapy makes a big difference. Our team creates personalized movement plans and hands-on treatments to help you regain mobility, stabilize injured areas, and get back to doing the things you love. Whether you're recovering from whiplash, back pain, or soft tissue injuries, physical therapy provides a safe, structured path forward after a vehicle-related injury.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a time-tested therapy that can play a powerful role in recovery after a car injury. It works by stimulating the body's natural healing response, helping to reduce pain, calm inflammation, and promote physical and emotional balance. Our acupuncturist, Seth Drake, brings a deep level of expertise to your care—he’s highly trained in traditional Chinese medicine and deeply devoted to his craft. In addition to classical acupuncture, Seth also offers dry needling, a technique that targets trigger points in the muscles to relieve tension and improve function. It’s especially helpful for muscle knots, stiffness, and pain that linger after a collision. Whether you're new to acupuncture or already a fan, you're in skilled and caring hands.
Medical Evaluation
A thorough medical evaluation is one of the most important first steps after a car-related injury—even if you’re not in pain right away. Some injuries can take days or weeks to fully show up. At our clinic, patients have the unique advantage of being seen by a licensed MD right here in our office, which makes the process more convenient and ensures a higher level of coordinated care. We work closely with our medical partners to evaluate your condition, monitor your recovery, and document everything properly for insurance purposes. This also allows us to make timely referrals for imaging, pain management, or surgical consultations if needed—so you get the right care at the right time, without unnecessary delays.
Legal representation
You may already have an attorney representing you in your car accident case. That’s great! We are happy to collaborate with them to ensure a successful outcome for you and your family. We know what law offices need to carefully present a case, and we set ourselves apart in this field with extensive reporting that paints a detailed picture of your situation. Attorneys love working with us!
If you find that you do need representation, we have several firms we work with closely and will be happy to refer you to an attorney who we know will treat you with the care and respect that we insist on in our own office.
Insurance carriers
You already know that insurance companies seem to speak their own language and have a specific set of rules they expect you to follow, whether or not you are at fault in an accident. We speak with insurance carriers every day and know the ins and outs of making sure your care is paid for. We will communicate on your behalf with the carriers involved and relieve you of playing the middleman.
Be sure to call us first before you speak with another driver’s insurance company. We’re happy to provide some guidance at no charge, even if you are not a current patient.
“Dr. Tom and his team at Be Well Spine & Soul go above and beyond their mission statement. After a car accident, I couldn’t have found myself in better hands. From day one, Dr. Tom took my full history into account, treating me as a whole person rather than just focusing on the mechanics of my spine. His holistic approach made all the difference in my recovery. Not only did he provide exceptional care, but he also advocated for me every step of the way—ensuring I received the necessary treatments and empowering me to stand up for myself with insurance to get the compensation and coverage I deserved. His support, along with his team’s kindness and expertise, made a challenging time so much more manageable. I am beyond grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Be Well Spine & Soul, especially for those with a history of trauma or chronic illness. Here, I felt truly seen, validated, and cared for in a way that is rare to find.”
