Payment & Insurance
Insurance Policy
We like to keep things simple and transparent when it comes to insurance. Here’s how it works at our office.
We don’t accept major medical insurance for regular visits. This helps us keep our care more affordable and flexible for everyone.
Need help with reimbursement? No problem! If you’d like to submit your visit to your insurance on your own, just let us know—we’re happy to provide a detailed letter you can send in.
Been in a car accident? If you’ve got an open medical claim related to a motor vehicle accident, we do bill insurance directly. In these cases, there’s no out-of-pocket cost for your care here.
Working with an attorney? If your car accident case involves a lawyer, we can work directly with their office under a lien. That means we’ll coordinate with them on all costs of care, and you won’t owe anything out of pocket—even if you’ve already used up your Medical Payments Coverage (MedPay) through your insurance.
Payment Policy
We do our best to make payment straightforward, flexible, and hassle-free. Here’s what to know before your visit:
Payment is due at the time of service. No surprises—just straightforward billing.
We accept all forms of payment, including FSA and HSA cards, Zelle, Venmo, debit/credit cards, and good old-fashioned cash.
Need a receipt? We’re happy to send you an electronic receipt at the time of payment. (We don’t offer printed receipts.)
Interested in saving on care? You can purchase a pre-paid package of 10 appointments and receive a 10% discount. These visits are fully shareable with immediate family members and can be used at any time—no expiration date or strict schedule.
What about care plans? For regular visits, we typically don’t require a care plan. You’re in control of your schedule, and we’ll simply recommend a visit frequency that supports your goals.
The only exception is SoftWave therapy, where the research strongly supports consistent treatment over a set number of sessions. If you’re doing SoftWave, we’ll walk you through a plan that gives you the best chance at healing.
